Basic terms for listing a vehicle or booking a ride with AirportRideLanka.
By listing your vehicle or booking a ride through AirportRideLanka, you agree to the following.
1. Valid Documentation
You must hold a valid Sri Lankan driving license for the class of vehicle you are listing, and a valid National Identity Card (NIC). All details and photos you submit must be accurate and truthful.
2. A Roadworthy Vehicle
Your vehicle must be legally roadworthy, with a valid revenue license, insurance, and emission test certificate as required under Sri Lankan law. The make, model, seats and photos you provide must accurately reflect your vehicle.
3. Safe & Respectful Driving
You must follow all Sri Lankan road rules and traffic laws at all times. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving, or any unsafe conduct is strictly not allowed. Treat riders with courtesy and respect.
4. Verification
The documents and photos you submit (driving license, NIC, vehicle photos) are used only to verify your identity and vehicle before your listing is approved. We may reject or remove any listing that doesn't meet these standards.
5. Your Responsibility
As a vehicle owner or driver, you're responsible for your own vehicle, insurance, and compliance with the law. AirportRideLanka is a platform that connects riders and vehicle owners - we are not a transport operator.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
